Mohtashami is perhaps best known for his highly prescient yearly predictions articles and
his predictions on the state of the housing market and mortgage rate trends published
weekly on Bankrate.com. He has been an invited speaker at the Americatlyst, California
Association Of Realtors, and other economic conferences.
Neel is a content marketing expert who exploded his mortgage business by creating content that gets results on social media. He also is the founder of Forward Academy, where he helps over 1000 Real Estate & Mortgage Pros learn how they can do the same. Neel hosts the annual Forward Event in Las Vegas, where agents from all over the country come to learn the latest trends in marketing.
Rebecca began her mortgage career in 1999. Early on, she worked for three companies that all taught her a very valuable principle—nothing will get you further than loving what you do and honestly caring about those you serve.
Using the experience she gained in those early years and building on her love of this industry, she and her husband began working together as an origination team, succeeding in increasing their production year after year. Although she was part of a top producing team, Rebecca yearned for balance in life—a way to maintain relationships while showing up as the best version of herself each day. She decided she couldn’t keep focusing on «surviving» this industry; she wanted to thrive at work and at home.
She quickly learned this balance wasn’t something that would just magically happen; she had to make it her guiding purpose and create it herself. As she will be the first to tell you, there are no easy roads, no series of quick steps, no shortcuts; it is all hard work, long nights, overcoming challenges, dedication to the end goal, and designing an intentional plan for success.
As a result, she significantly increased her production, was working more efficiently, and connecting even more closely with clients and, best of all, she is able to be the wife and mother her family deserves. Not only does she have the time to spend with family, she can also sit on her back deck gazing at the mountains along the Front Range in Colorado as the best version of herself, knowing she’s exactly where she wants to be. Through diligence, dedication, and working with intention, she is living her dream of work-family balance, and she sincerely wants each industry professional to have similar abundance in life, not just “survive.”
That desire is exactly why Rebecca is here today; over the years, she discovered a true passion for coaching and training. Frazier is a highly sought-after public speaker with notable appearances at conferences such as Gary Vaynerchuk’s Agent 2021, Inman Connect, MBA, AIME Fuse, HousingWire Engage, Mastermind Vegas, NAMB National, CAR REimagine, CMLA, and UAMP's Mortgage Expo.
Cheryl is a mortgage industry veteran and had had the pleasure to work with thousands of borrowers and hundreds for loan officers over the years. She has been a loan officer, broker, branch manager, and educator. She currently serves as VP of Training Development and Coaching a Universal Lending.
She is a golfer, skier, lover of crafts & creativity & a proud Colorado State University graduate. As a working parent in a blended family and a female businesswoman, her mission is to be a positive force of influence on those around her and a leader in the mortgage industry.
She is a passionate supporter of all Law Enforcement, First Responders & Veterans - they deserve our gratitude for their service and sacrifice. As a Spouse of a Navy Veteran & Retired LEO, and bonus mom to an amazing USARMY soldier currently on Active Duty, She couldn't be prouder or more grateful every day.

Upon graduating from the University of Nevada Reno Dale quickly found the mortgage industry and brings 20+ years of Mortgage Sales and Management to Bellco Home Loans. He is actively involved as a Board Member with the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and heads up fundraising for the Colorado Homeownership Coalition.
Dale embraces a passion for customer care, educating and empowering each potential home buyer throughout the entire process, so they make informed, considerate decisions that ensure their home mortgages fit their budgets and keep their families financially secure.
In his spare time Dale enjoys family time with his beautiful wife Farah and baby daughter Sienna, He loves just about anything outdoors and is an avid Green Bay Packer fan.
